We develop boutique and cozy apartments on a small scale for rental. We want our apartments to feel like a home, not a commercial apartment. As a result, our developments are limited to a maximum of four (4) units in every apartment complex.

Our Story

Livewell Residential Developments was founded on the belief that every person deserves a dignified and peaceful place to call home. Inspired by our founder's personal experience living in a small, poorly ventilated room affectionately nicknamed “the matchbox”, we made it our mission to build homes that go beyond basic shelter.

At Livewell Residential, we are dedicated to crafting thoughtfully designed, functional, and dignified homes with a good ambience that provides uplifting energy and serenity. Our homes are an oasis you'll look forward to returning to after a day’s work, where you can enjoy the company of the people you love.
